Upon closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure is due to a material breach of these Terms.
ug1221 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds. ug1221 does not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution may impose its own charges. Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of proven technical error.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to meeting any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. We reserve the right to verify ownership of the withdrawal destination before processing.
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on payment method, verification status, and withdrawal amount. VIP-tier members benefit from priority withdrawal processing. Large withdrawal amounts (above Rp 10,000,000) may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market. Bet settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, PSSI for football). In cases of abandoned, postponed, or voided events, standard industry rules apply and are detailed in our Sportsbook Rules section.

Obvious errors include but are not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, acceptance of bets after an event has started (unless live betting), or game malfunction resulting in incorrect payouts. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug1221 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
